Because our work involves time, analysis, and expertise delivered on a custom basis, this Refund Policy explains when refunds or credits may be available. This policy applies to all consulting services and consulting products offered by DMSSEO LLC.

2. Custom Quotes and Agreements

All services are priced by custom quote following a consultation. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and any specific cancellation or refund terms are set out in the quote or written agreement for your engagement. If an individual agreement conflicts with this policy, the agreement controls.

3. Initial Consultations

Requesting a consultation or quote through our website is free of charge and carries no obligation. No payment is required until you accept a written quote or agreement.

4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel an engagement in writing before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid in advance for that engagement.

5. Cancellation After Work Begins

If you cancel after work has started, you will be responsible for fees for work already performed and time already committed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining prepaid amount for work not yet performed will be refunded or credited.

6. Delivered Work and Deliverables

Fees for completed and delivered work, including strategy documents, assessments, reports, and recommendations, are generally non-refundable once the deliverable has been provided to you.

7. Results Not Guaranteed

We do not guarantee specific marketing, sales, traffic, ranking, or revenue results. A refund is not available solely because a business outcome was not achieved or because you chose not to implement our recommendations.

8. Situations Eligible for Refund

• Duplicate or erroneous charges.
• Services paid for but not delivered by DMSSEO LLC within the agreed scope.
• A material failure by DMSSEO LLC to deliver agreed work that we are unable to correct within a reasonable time after written notice.

9. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

• Work already completed and delivered in line with the agreed scope.
• Delays caused by late or incomplete information or feedback from the client.
• Change of mind or change of business direction after work has begun.
• Dissatisfaction with results that depend on factors outside our control.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email mohamed.mused@digitalmarketingseo.net with your name, business name, a description of the engagement, the payment details, and the reason for your request. Please submit requests within 14 days of the payment or of the issue arising.

11. Review and Processing

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and depending on your payment provider may take several additional business days to appear on your statement.
